FIFA urges the Israeli Association to suspend Luis Fernndez. FIFA has asked the Israel Football Association to suspend immediately the Frenchman Luis Fernandez, now coach of the Hebrew selection of all football-related activity, due presumably to the debt remains with the Qatari club Al-Rayyan, which conducted in 2005.
