The Division of Civil and Criminal Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) dismissed the appeal filed by the dnse apelacin of the two convicted of the crime known as the suitcase in the Valencia neighborhood of Benimaclet and has, therefore, the sentences of twelve and a half years jail for a crime of aggravated homicide and abuse of authority.
